RAMMSTEIN in the Studio

German Industrial metal band, RAMMSTEIN, have shared a black and white photo of the band, geared up and ready to go, with this caption:

"Sadly no tour this year - but it's great to be back in the studio!"

Of course touring capabilities have been limited and levelled many bands and artists during the COVID-19 pandemic. That hasn't stopped some of our favorite acts, though, such as Ace Frehley, Avenged Sevenfold, or Bay Area thrashers Exodus from utilizing this time off the road to create new music.

RAMMSTEIN teased in June that they were making new music, saying;

"We have met and we are working on new songs. We want to work on songs," continued the drummer, who also expressed caution when he added, "But whether or not it will turn into an album, nobody knows yet." (via loudwire)

RAMMSTEIN's 2019's Untitled album was met with positive critical review, and was a commercial success. It was the bands first album in a decade, and performed really well for the sextet of Teutonic metal heroes.

Please support bands during the COVID-19 pandemic. Buy tickets to live shows, buy official merchandise, anything you can do to support our favorite artists.
