It is with a heavy heart, that I must report the original bassist from Trivium, Brent Young, has passed away. He was 37 years old. Brent had played with Trivium from 2001-2004, appearing on their Blue demo, and 2003's Ember To Inferno.
More recently he was involved in a group with another former Trivium member in a group called Blacknova. Drummer Travis Smith said “I will forever remember September 25th at 6:48 p.m. This is when I received the most saddening, heartbreaking phone call I’ve ever received. My brother and best friend for the past 27 years has past and is no longer with me."
